Engineered to improve patient care and workflow while achieving dose reductions, this system is available with fully automatic, tracking or manual system movements.      Watch the video…

The video image from a camera built into the collimator is displayed on the X-ray tube support control panel and in the control room. The optical camera application provides an environment where medical personnel can focus on patient care.

Live View Display (Option) Reduces Positioning Effort and Improves Accuracy. Supports accurate patient positioning using selectable graphic overlays to assist with patient positioning, AEC (Phototimer) alignment and collimation.

Motion Detection (Option) Reduces Frequency of Repeating Exposures due to Patient Movement. Reducing retakes and patient dose while improving workflow through identifying any patient movement after patient positioning and before exposure.

Last Position Display (Option) In the event that a retake is required, the patient image as at the time of the exposure is re-called and used to re-position the patient for the new exposure. This allows the operator to position the patient as before, with the required correction for the retake, improving the clinical outcomes for the patient.

Illumination of the X-ray high-voltage generator and ceiling-mounted X-ray tube support enables better understanding of the system exposure status. In addition, the hand switch illuminates to indicate the system is ready for the next exposure.

RADspeed Pro SR5 - Illumination Improves Visibility

Collimator Easy to operate in high positions - A hand grip is provided on the lower back of the control panel, and operation is possible by pressing the all-free switch on the front. Operation is easy even when the X-ray tube support is in a high position.

Collimator Intuitive operation - Graphic control buttons enable more intuitive operability by displaying button symbols with the movement control direction oriented to match the perspective of the operator in either supine or standing positions.

The auto-positioning feature is interlocked with the Examination Protocols (APRs), moving the ceiling-mounted X-ray tube support to any desired position at the press of a single button.

Effortless tube positioning allows the operator to focus on patient care. Naturally, manual operation is also possible making precise position corrections easy.

Collimator An infrared wireless remote controller is used to control the Automatic Positioning from anywhere within the room. In addition, the wireless remote controller can also control the collimator. Actions stop immediately when the remote-control operation is stopped, ensuring patient and operator safety.

POWER GLIDE™ will assist your X-ray tube positioning using intuitive control making positioning quick and very light, just like “Gliding in Air”. Power Glide reduces technologists’ burden and increase patient throughput.

The system automatically swivels the X-ray tube and moves the detector to capture images. The captured image data is then automatically stitched together in the DR system. This makes it easy to create images for Scoliosis, Long Spines and Long Legs.

Collimator

A Bluetooth wireless hand switch enables exposure from any position in the procedure room.

DR A choice of our premium DR imaging solutions is offered for your selection:

  •   • Shimadzu DR
  •   • Konica Minolta DR
  •   • Canon DR

Each of these solutions provide a selection of 3 wireless flat panel detector sizes to choose from, including full format 43 x 43cm wireless detectors.

The bottom of the X-ray tube support and the perimeter of the collimator radiation port are covered with soft rubber cushioning material, protecting the patients by reducing their risk of injury from unexpectedly sitting up after exposures and hitting their head on the system.
